Those sound effects were really awesome. It was nice to hear a change from the standard sounds played in the top 10s.

Almie ...yet people seem to jizz over every little airshot just because it happened in a high level game.

Have you ever even played a low level game? I get the sense that you have no idea what you are talking about.

Perhaps it is because of people like this that valve won't help grow competitive TF2.

sure thought this was a top 10 plays of the month rather than a "most amazing frags of the month" compilation

eXtineYou're not wrong about the skill level Almie, but it's Top plays, not top frag, top skill or even top players. The conteXt is eXtremely important to our consideration.

extine already pointed that out there

just because something isn't flashy doesn't mean it's not a huge play
there could have been more details added to let people know how big of a play that #1 clip was and why it was ranked so high, but that's all in hindsight

i don't agree at all with almie, there is a very notable difference when you're playing against the top level and lower level players, and saying that it's just as difficult for a div 5 player to get amazing shots against div 5 players is the same thing as invite players fragging invite players is wrong

some players on lower div teams have no idea what's going on around them, which is what a lot of people groan about in these top 10 plays for a lot of the other months

it's a lot easier to get away with high killstreaks or flashy airshots in lower divisions than it is at the higher end because of the amount of communication and gamesense that each of the players have in their division, plus a lot of the time the play doesn't mean as much as a game-winning play on LAN compared to a middle of a tournament match against lopsided teams
