This has bothered me for awhile, and I'm surprised it's yet to be fixed. It's minor, but in the description panel on the Twitch page for teamfortresstv, the image links to www.twitch.tv/www.teamfortress.tv. I'm pretty sure this can be fixed by changing it's redirect from being www.teamfortress.tv to http://www.teamfortress.tv.
