i wanted to know if theres a specific channel or something to watch scout povs of invite or high IM scouts or watever, i only found "tf2povs" but its all restricted to like 4-5 maps which are all outdated

Some teams, atleast in EU, are kind enough to let you sit in the stv and watch if you just ask for it or you can grab the stv files from serveme.tf and look through them, try that.

https://demos.tf/ will be great for this once it becomes more popular. Otherwise you could just try searching for scout POVs of players you know are good on YouTube. You can also always get STVs off ESEA match pages.
