Figured I'd comment on this, being the leader(?) of the team he was on last season.
He's a good meta player, and does his job relatively well. He isn't IM level for sure, but could definitely get on a mid open team. There are two concerns though, with the first being his ability to throw at times. If you're doing very poorly (as we were last season) he might throw or tilt in some way. For example, he went friendly hoovy while defending metalworks last in an official last season. He was also very restrictive in his playstyle, and would only ever play the meta. If we asked him to offclass, he'd refuse. One example was on product where we wanted to run two scouts and one sniper. One scout (me) went sniper, and we wanted the roamer to go scout. He refused to do that, even though he acknowledged that the strategy was fair. Later on in the season he was off classing more, but it's still worth mentioning. He's most comfortable on roamer.
He's matured a lot since then though, and is definitely worth trying out. Perhaps a solid mid open team, or even high open if you need a straight meta roamer. He can definitely do what needs to be done, has great positioning and moderate gamesense.

blaming your team and removing yourself from the issue is a very good way to stay in low open

i am yes blaming my other team mates for the right reasons, im not removing myself from the cause, im saying i was not often the source of the problem, nobody is perfect and im far from being a top soldier. im always open to advice and i always want to be getting better at the game. no need to be that harsh for nothing bro :/

im not being harsh, im being honest. ask any player in high/playoffs open, IM, or invite, and not a single one of them will say that the reasons they've done poorly in the past was 100% their team's fault and they just made plays, especially if you've thrown in matches/scrims.

for the third or forth time, i never said it was 100% my teams fault, i made alot of mistakes myself, everybody does, "i made plays" is a little bit of a place hold, i dont want to elaborate my entire play-style in a thread. just understand im not dodging the fact that i did make mistakes too. im just putting emphasis on the fact that my team had alot of problems

thinking you're better than your teammates is a surefire way to get yourself a bad rep, trust me.
he's a good pickup for a low-mid open team on roamer. mechanically, he's decent, but he feeds a lot and does tilt.
