you would probably land around your rock and not your healthpack , it wouldn't be very fast either (certainly not as fast as the normal skip rollout)
If you hit the speedshot on spire and then another speedshot as you land on middle, you could probably go to the small HP by their sewers. I always do this second speedshot when I am rolling out of forward spawn (after getting mid), so I assume you could do it on the rollout to mid if you practiced it enough.
Pretty cool if you could do both reliably to really fuck up their demo.

Unless you've had enough time to adapt to the delay, you're probably not going to be consistent enough to make the rollout worth it. Also, it's not a matter of just hitting the speedshot. You've got to hit it perfectly, or you'll get too much horizontal momentum to clear the crates. We're talking like, within a few pixels.
Best case scenario is you'd land by the enemy pill, but that's a pretty crappy place to be since the demo will call you out.

I'm not talking about hitting that exact shot, I'm talking about hitting a speedshots overall, usually there isn't a difference between 70-40 ping, that's what I usually play on.

Hardest part of this is the edgebug, which makes it possible to hit the next speedshots that send you into the enemies second. I have tried so many times without getting it :(

Try to go low out on 2nd, where you jump off the point ledge but don't be too low because you'll fly over choke ramp. First maybe try just doing the rollout up to choke, without jumping out of the slide. If after skip you land on choke ramp and slide across it then you're doing it right, practice that and when you'll be confident you'll hit that try jumping out of choke from the slide.
