I've recently been struck by an idea though, so the development of the overhaul update (4.0) was most likely speed up rapidly over the next few days! Thanks for being patient with me.

Please be aware however that the TargetID is still very buggy, and sometimes you'll see "%Health%" in place of the actual value! This is a Valve bug, and until they release an update that fixes this, there's nothing that I can do. Thanks!

Just gonna answer you now: It's something that valve changed, on the scream fortress update. It can only be reverted by them.

I thought Rays (and other HUD developers) would be able to change it back, it's confusing and looks quite awful. Has anyone contacted Valve ? For all i know, i might be the only person not liking it haha

You are definitely not alone. It makes playing medic absolutely awful and couple it with the fact that 20% of the time it doesn't even show players health and shows %health% makes life as a medic main ten times more stressful than it already was. Valve for the love of god make some way to set it back to the way it was before and stop making pointless changes for no reason whatsoever without any incite from people in the community.

When I use the installer to install the Minimal HUD version, it crashes for me.
Also, when I try to install the Minimal HUD, the health display appears at the very bottom-left of the screen, like the Vanilla HUD. I'm not really sure what's been going on but I'd like to see this get fixed.

Try installing without crosshair settings. I know it's a bit of an inconvenience to install it without them since you'll have to do it manually, but for some reason the crosshair section of the installer causes crashing for a lot of people.

It's a common bug on Valve's end. Best you can do is suck it up and hope Valve fixes it.
