it started when i tried Chris FPS Config + M0re's

I think if not 100% that these commands did this:
snd_mixahead "0.01"
dsp_volume "1"
dsp_spatial "40"
dsp_speaker "50
dsp_water "14"
soundscape_flush "1"
I've set them all to 0 didn't help. removed from autoexec still there.

this is way too low, set it to 0.05 or something
