I'm looking for a good mentor who can help me to become a better demo. I'm just ending my first season of highlander in NA iron, playing as demo. I'm hoping to get better as i get more experience under my belt.

P.S. I wont be available from 7am to 4:30pm during the week cause of school and then Track practice... on days when we have meets i wont be back until around 7 or 8 pm.

So here goes my opinion about mentoring stuff. I think a player should be quite enough experienced himself to fully understand what the mentor is telling him. I think the mentor isn't supposed to teach you how to play, but to help you refine your play style.
There are so many ways you can get better on your own - watch other people play, watch casts and your own demos, there are quite some tutorials too.
A mentor could probably give you hints on where you could improve yourself, but to trust on some one to make you a better player isn't going to actually make you that much better.
