Alright, this as been a problem that has been bugging me for the past few months. Basically, whenever I go to edit my medic config, and anything I put in there will say
" ] exec medic
Unknown command: "

I have no Idea what is causing it
Also, whenever I edit my cofig.cfg file it goes back to normal when I start tf2 up. Any Idea on whats happening? Heres some pics and a pastebin

Any help is appreciated. I am an idiot when it comes to tech things

Might be an encoding issue?

When you click "Save As", to the left of the "Save" button check if you are saving as not ANSI?

I like your chat binds
Anyway where did you get the config from? When I had no knowledge of configs I got one from tf2mate and it was so dumb, unbound all my keys every time I changed class and I'd have to manually exec it again every time for it to work, and every time I edited it it just went straight back to what it had been before... I ended up just deleting every cfg in the folder and starting from scratch with my own binds, it worked out a lot easier in the long run.

Don't know what's stuffing up your exec command though.

Afaik, you can only change stuff that's in config.cfg through game. Autoexec/class configs are the ones where you should be modifying stuff in.
