I've been having this problem ever since I tried to log in to steam today. Once I enter my correct steam login information, this little bugger comes up.

I have tried trouble shooting by connecting my computer directly to my modem, checked firewalls, disable background applications, etc. None of these attempts came to fruition. The weird thing is, my steam was working fine yesterday, but it just started having problems today when I first tried logging in. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
