Tried to play a match tonight. First the server was on the wrong version(?) of snakewater (I think it was on g7) and then 2 rounds in everyone starts getting kicked. Anyone else having these issues?
yeah our match was on _g7 too
was so surreal seeing dropdown again rip :(

Alright apparently we'll just resume matches at a later date.
Nursey.knd | www.4DaKidz.us: tri: if you cant rejoin the server you'll have to resume the match later, you'll start from 2-0

why would they use g7 when it has its own stock version?

They set the map list several weeks before the season even starts, and whoever does client/servers at ESEA probably isn't really in the scene, I know at LAN the same guy was doing CS and TF2 servers
That being said the official version is nearly a year old and has been used before. The fact that the site still calls it cp_snakewater and not cp_snakewater_final1 (process for example is listed as cp_process_final) makes me wonder if someone doesn't know, since they did use g7 for a bit
