Error downloading the new update

Since the update came out last night, my tf2 wont install. I keep getting the error of corrupt files, and tried verifying my game cache and removing all custom files with no avail. Help?

I don't use avast, just malwarebytes and MSE

I got this error, after restarting my computer tf2 downloaded about 500mb of files and worked fine
