So I recently upgraded to a dual monitor setup but the thing i find really anoying is that when I flick my aim to the left in TF2 it goes over to my other screen and tabs me out of the game. Is there anyway to fix this?

Launch options: -dxlevel 81 -full -w 1360 -h 768 -console -novid -useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd

I'd prefer it if i could keep it in fullscreen and not have to resort to windows mode with borders.

Thanks. And please no sarcastic comment "Dont flik ur aim den xD"

Well my DPI is 2000 and my in-game sens is 1.36. // windows multiplier is regular 6/11 i think it is.

There are many programs that lock the cursor in a window or on a monitor. One such example is:

http://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net/

Here's an old forum post with instructions for configuring that program.

http://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1146484-how-to-lock-your-mouse-inside-a-game-on-a-dual-monitor-setup/

I also seem to recall stabby posting a similar program here on TFTV in an old thread.

zookeyI'd prefer it if i could keep it in fullscreen and not have to resort to windows mode with borders.

You could try windowed-noborders

zookeyWell my DPI is 2000 and my in-game sens is 1.36. // windows multiplier is regular 6/11 i think it is.

Or you could reduce your DPI and increase your in game sensitivity

If you don't need the other monitor while playing you can open up your active displays and disable the other 1.

Right click desktop > screen resolution > click on the display you want to disable > next to the field that says "Multiple Displays" click the dropdown menu and hit "disconnect display"

and when you're done playing you can reopen that display by going through the same menu.

Sorry if this really isn't an option for you.
