So I downloaded nzxt's Cam software to see if it was any good. While going through the features i noticed my graphics card load was spiking up and down quite a bit. I didnt have any graphically intensive applications open, or anything that would be using the gpu at all.

Here is a picture of the usage and a notification at the bottom telling me my card had exceeded 100% load and is "reaching its limit"

also downloaded afterburner just incase CAM was messing up.
Afterburner had an identical graph but the spikes only reached 50-60 % instead of 90-100%

Does anyone know what is going on?
My card is a Sapphire Vapor-x 290 and I'm a bit disappointing that shit like this is happening.
