HudAchievementTracker crosshair help

Hey, I want to have my HUD crosshair on for certain classes and off for others, i know this is possible using hudachievementtracker.res file.

I've looked around but I cant seem to work it out. I've tried it using this thread: http://teamfortress.tv/thread/4134/how-to-use-multiple-hud-crosshairs

But I dont have a HudAchievementtrackeritem.res file in resource/ui so I dont know what to do?
