FPS Drops

So recently i started getting really bad fps drops (like from 200 to 20) every 10 seconds or so, making tf2 barely playable. Any idea on what could be the problem? annoying af

There are numerous threads about this kind of topic.

Basic thing is to check for dust and ensure everything is plugged in. Dust plays more of a factor sometimes then ppl realise. Make sure nothing is overheating

I noticed it too, and other people complained too. They said it happens every year because of the Halloween update or something. If so, thanks valve.
