meepos the most broken hero the games ever seen in pubs and itll probablly never get nerfed cause no one with the skillset to play him and be on a top tier team is autistic enough to get to 8k with it

2c meepo is broken but you're overstating the fact just because he can rape your favorite hero that you slightly farmed mmr with, and that's phoenix

i dont consider him a very strong counter if you're aware at all. similar to ursa, clinkz, etc. are all manageable if you don't blindly initiate

theres a timing all the good meepos go for where they get travels aegis + core items and you have to fight 5x3k hp meepos back to back to back. if u get to that point u lose. u avoid getting to that point by disrupting him early on in the game (like how people treat tinkers), except no one does that cause they're oblivious
