#9 Might get a new HUD, Suggestions? in TF2 General Discussion

I'm currently using KNHUD, I really like the flashing hud crosshairs as well as the MOTD and end game menus+the fonts look great

Although I'm not using it, I can also recommend yAhud, the scoreboard looks really cool

#36 First experience of TF2 in TF2 General Discussion

My younger brother had been playing for a while and I thought I'd try it out while he went to get some food. Got a 3k as a heavy in the corridor on the right that leads to the courtyard in 2fort, and I felt damn good at the game.

#357 Update 7/10/13 in TF2 General Discussion
frknI definitely get the reasoning behind random crits in a pub setting. Random damage spread, however, is the most mind boggling idea in the world.

#68 Escape Plan Proposals/ideas in TF2 General Discussion
CheesyTF2I pretty much agree with the non silly people but I think mini crits have damage falloff. I main scout though (Muahahaha) so I don't really care I just remember hitting DH mini crits for around 150 and up close mini crits for around 190.

minicrits have no dropoff, but they do have ramp up

d0m3ris there any reason to use it does it give you better frames?

Possibly, but many use it just because they like the aesthetic (I for one will be, as dx8 gives me flashing textures)

How does it look as compared to dx8?

Has anyone actually tried this in dx9 yet? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

Naturally screenshots would be appreciated!

#217 Show your HUD modifications! in Customization
JRKraftJClownCurrently I'm using knhud with the minor modification of changing the ammo count colours. Unfortunately, when I go into low ammo then back, the numbers go white again; does anyone know how to fix this?in hudanimations.res where it says the low ammo pulse u have to change the colors they reset to

Ahh, that would make sense. I'll try that when I get back.

#59 not just map tweaks, weapons too in TF2 General Discussion

Well the thing about the battalion's backup is that as good as it may be in sixes, where teamwork and small teams (in which everyone can be covered by the buff!) is involved, it is banned-yet the fact still stands it's next to useless in pubs. The buff should be interesting in that regard

#16 Canadian bros, sale on Zowie mice. in Hardware
OdissiusCan you post a pic from google? I tried searching that mouse but it just comes up with M905 and stuff, so I can't get a good grasp of what the size/shape of the mouse is...

Not canadian, and not technically related, but I have a logitech m90 mouse (wouldn't be surprised if you hadn't heard of it, it's one of the budget mice) right now and the size is about right. Which of these mice would be a better fit for me?
