I have the Benq XL2411Z and I'd really recommend it, it has some washed out colors but after some tweaking you can get it fairly OK for this price range of TN panels. The smoothness is really nice, I myself don't use motion blur reduction (or lightboost) but since the monitor just has an easy way to change between them I'd try out both, and imo the difference between 120 and 144 is defenitly noticeable, not by that much tho.

edit; I guess I spoke too soon, it is still here..
For some reason I get really weird stuttering when I play in windowed mode since I connected my second screen(60hz). Fullscreen (sometimes) fixes it, and if I alt-tab a certain amount of times it goes away too, but generally it is really annoying.
Hoping any of you know some more about this than me, and don't say "google?" because of course I tried to find as many info and methods to fix it but nothing helped.

Just throw it in the microwave tbh, faster, warmer and not so wet from the steam that otherwise comes off your hot drink.
