Dave_install take ownership (https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/Take-Ownership-Menu-Hacks.zip)
right click, take ownership
or just boot into a linux distro and delete it
if that doesn't work, sudo chmod 777 pathtothefile
rm thefile
i tried the zip file with no succes and didnt really want to try linux since im pretty sure i wouldnt know what to do with linux
i uninstalled steam and reinstalled it to a new folder and now i can play games but the former steam folder is still there lol.

x86 issue (i guess) cant launch tf2

I recently uninstalled tf2 and reinstalled it.
I have downloaded 100% of the files.
Whenever i try to launch tf2 i get this message : An error has occured during the update of tf2 (file locked)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\Apr2005_d3dx9_25_x64.cab
So i tried to see what this thing was and basically i cant do anything about the Jun2010 file and whats in. I have absolutely no permission to do anything with it (even tho im admin), i cant open it/delete it, ... this file is also 'read only',
its in french but it says that i need permissions to read it to show properties of that file

and if i try to change permissions by making myself the owner of that file, well im not allowed to because guess what i dont have permissions to do it

Lord_Maximus_WillhammerDuMmTmhow many teams are currently competingg for how many pre season playoffs spots tho, this one, ams, buttnose, prolly some high teams. Obviously depends on how many teams die in the offseason.
There is likely going to be 5 spots up for grasp since champ.gg, noot clan, lemmings (I think), lowpander (I think), and 3/6 are all dead. Arctic Foxes aren't a sure thing either from what I know, but I could be wrong.
high winner is taking the prem spot of the last team in prem so the noot clan spot = the 3/6 spot so its 2 spots only right now

your ammo reloads when you kill someone (do you need 9 stickies to kill someone?) also a demo with 4 stickies can basically sticky spam all the time and get kills with very little skill required. 2/7 is fine really

GentlemanJon7 only lost 1 game all season against champ.gg, but they were playing Stark on medic. Arctic Foxes took Elo off them a couple of times but only by getting draws
im pretty sure nR and ams team beat them in scrims at least once
