Hey, do you mind telling me how to allow TF2 to use more power from the processor? I have the same problem you had, and i can't seem to find a way to fix it! Help would be greatly appreciated! :)
control panel --> system and security --> power options
Then I just set it to balanced (im on win8 btw)
That didn't work either... :(
