I only really know logitech mice pretty well so I'll give my 2 cents here
Wireless
G7 as mentioned above works surprisingly well for a wireless mouse, beyond being wireless it's virtually the exact same as the g400s. Personal friend of mine owns this and even a few of the "upgraded" models and hasn't had any issues with it. The upgraded models are not that much different, they come with weight option but that only helps if you want it heavier than stock, and higher DPIs but I doubt anyone could legitimately need 5000+dpi.
G700s is good too.
Wired
G400s - I personally own one (well a G400) but they're exactly the same except slightly different materials and slightly more overkill sensor. Cord issues? I haven't had any and I am going on about 9 months with my mouse, but I did read alot of reviews about the cable and have been making damn sure I took as good care of the cord as I could. Grip? You'll almost certainly be using palm grip unless your hands are insanely huge. Left Handed? I think they have a left handed version. Scroll Wheel? I can see how AloSec said it was "iffy", but tbh I've never had issues with it, it scrolls fairly fast but I still if I do use it to switch to a weapon always end up on the one I wanted.
The main question should be "Which grip do I prefer." "Palm or Claw" Palm = G400s/G500s Claw = Zowie FK/AM maybe EC1/2; didn't include death adder cause insanely poor drivers...
