afriend told me that disabling the steamcloud would fix it, told this to every dude with this issue, works.
You should start reading a bit more and not pressing all the buttons that say 'Accept'. Try running Malwarebytes Antimalware to seek a possible infection, uninstall every program affected and/or go back using a restore point.
