Low-dose melatonin (<1 mg) works best for long-term use. If you use consistently higher doses then your body stops wasting energy making melatonin that you're going to supply anyway.
Chamomile tea works as a weak GABA agonist, so it causes your neurons to release more GABA which is the brain's main inhibitory neurotransmitter and thus should make you sleepy...
I also have had a poor experience with Ambien but long-term benzodiazepines messed me up for much longer (benzodiazepine withdrawal is god awful).
Currently I take 1 mg melatonin, gabapentin, and a cortisol manager supplement (Integrative Therapeutics, has L-theanine and phosphotidylserine and a few other things). This is for anxiety-based insomnia that exercise doesn't help.

In the first 10 seconds you have longer pauses between the clips and I think those would work better in between maps or when switching POVs. I found a few of the switches disorienting. Otherwise your camera angles are good and your soldier work was smooth.
