For higher levels the competition is still there in ESEA, however, it seems a lot of open level teams (including mine) want to help cevo grow and make it a viable option for everyone. Also just because only 12 teams are ready doesn't mean much, people will wait as long as they can not to pay league fees XD.
EDIT: Everyone should play both if possible.

Can teach you how to hack in CSGO. but seriously one of the more dedicated players i've met in the game. Really wants to improve and has solid dm. Decision making could use a tiny bit more work judging from the last time I played with him but still a good pickup for low-mid open.

Was in extv top ten cause he got lucky, solid roamer. Lost to a Euro in a rap battle so if you need a freestyle rapper don't pick him up. other wise good gamesense and a solid pick up for mid open.

Yo, I'm looking for a team in open (or cevo if we're actually switching over).
I don't have a season of open but I've spent time scrimming with mid and high open teams for long periods of time. I'm best on scout but I can demo pretty well too. I can also play roamer although I don't think I'm as good on roamer as I am on scout. I comm a lot and I like to think I have pretty good gamesense. I am on a CS:GO team but other than that I can scrim basically any night from 8:00-11:30 est.
