RIP quick-fix glitch 2013-2013

for those saying it doesn't work, this is what I've done, and for the last 20 minutes I've been nearly invincible with every class I switched to. I may have gotten the steps wrong since this is just what I've found from playing in a pub, so feel free to experiment as I am.

so apparently this bug happens when you are the heal target. Others have verified that you can get the quick-fix buff effect. I'm currently working on trying to make it happen and get a video.
only works on harvest maybe?
Here's how I did it:
1. Be on winning team
2. pop quick-fix uber as soon as round ends.
3. Be invincible.
you will perpetually have 50% overheal, and heal yourself at an insane rate (quick fix uber rate?) for any class you play on. Pretty much makes you invincible.

How do we tell valve about this?

I just found a huge, game-breaking glitch. who do I contact at valve to tell them about it?
