#10 need help with zowie fk in Hardware

windows sens don't change when you change mice; the difference you feel is partially thanks to weight, as well as the dpi offset all zowie mice have. however, your pad shouldn't be a problem unless it's completely untrackable, because both of the kinzu and the fk have optical sensors (doesn't really get affected by dust).

just get it as close as you can, and play a couple of scrims/pugs and adjust your in game sensitivity accordingly. theres no one magical answer.

#40 60hz vs 120hz in TF2 General Discussion

like #7 said, you have to get a 120hz monitor to truly experience the difference. in the mean time, try watching a video on 30fps and a video on 60fps

in my personal experience, lightboosted 120hz is great when you focus on one specific target (tf2), but not very good when you have to look at the entire screen (dota) as everything else sort of blur out, ignoring input lag.

click here for a demonstration (just turn your lightboost on and off)

#26 tips on staying calm? in Q/A Help

so many good points already, but if you're playing to improve, and mge becomes too taxing, you can try organised pugs (aka not tf2lobby), or do something else (stretch, walk around, go for a run). it's kinda bad to keep at it when you know or you think youre getting angry, because then you wont be improving/learning much.

i often find that if im angry, i cant think about the game effectively. focus on thinking about the present, nothing more, nothing less. if you find that youre slipping, attach a post it note on your monitor or somewhere easy to see.

#22 Weird glitches you've never known before in TF2 in TF2 General Discussion

I keep running into this glitch where it would reset some of my loadout (not all) to default stock. Appears to happen every time I log into steam.

RayFriedhAlright, firstly, I'm a complete fool when it comes to technology stuff (I can't even find my mouse speed), but I think this is not something normal that should happen in TF2.
