Description I'm a UGC Silver Pocket and HL Demo, I stream surfing, jumping, pubbing, and scrims. I've streamed on and off for a long time, but the past week or so I've made a conscious effort to stream daily as I plan on streaming much more consistently from now on.
Oh, I didn't know this version of ffmpeg was that obsolete. I've been using Easy H264 for encoding and just wanted something that could encode at a higher bitrate.
So I got ffmpeg off of the old alienware site (http://www.alienwarearena.com/articles/view/encoding-h264-with-ffmpeg/) but it doesn't have a movie.bat file anymore. Does anyone happen to have the file and can pastebin it?
Its been a while since I actually edited something but I still remember the criticisms and lessons I got from my previous movie and tried to apply it on this clip I made recently.

WaldoIt's not maps alone, I tried to go through some demos for a clip, demos seem to have broken partway through. It's probably related to some specific entity. Some demos work for some time then break, others just don't load.
That's what happens to my demos as well, except for ones on custom maps like viaduct and process rc3. It might be a lucky coincidence but I'm fairly certain that demos on custom maps are fine and others aren't.
You might have to find an older version of TF2, because the broken demos are on maps that Valve patched, such as Badlands and Granary and I think the difference in the maps (the version the demo recorded and the current default version) might be causing the crashes.

They were basically an NA version of the VTV insights, however they stopped because no one submitted demos and mumble comms.

Go to the Lawena folder and edit the tfdir.lwf file with notepad. Change the first line to your correct directory.

I assumed that, since my HUD is working, it's in the right place.

You have to redirect Lawena to your custom/userstuff folder, otherwise it will replace the resource and scripts folders in common/Team Fortress 2/tf which will crash TF2 since that is supposed to be left untouched.
