hey,
I've been really wanting to get involved in the TF2 competitive scene for a while now, I believe my best class is scout. Mainly I just want to learn the ropes, I take criticism very well and really want to improve as a player. Just in case this helps I have played at a competitive level in other fps's, I was a med skilled scope in cod4 promod. If any team or player wants to contact me just add my xfire: imsobigyo or my steam: n1nja154.
Thanks :)

Welcome to TF2! there are a couple things you're gonna have to get used to, the main thing being that everyone uses steam to communicate, xfire isn't used anymore :(.

Since you are european i can't speak too much as to where to go for beginner help, however if you have any questions regarding how to improve your game i'd recommend you check out the "Mentoring" section of the forums and look for a mentor that suits your class or even add myself if you'd like. Try playing soldier, scout, medic, or demo as those are the four core classes played in competitive 6v6, unless you want to play highlander and see what you enjoy the most. good luck!

I'm sure some european guys will show up and show you where to go for beginner gaming :)

EDIT: If you're confused about the difference between 6v6 and highlander(9v9) you can check out http://comp.tf it's a pretty good source for an introduction to competitive tf2

Ay mate, I am admin(-ish) at this group, it's called nlpg, or New Low Pratice Group. Just add me on steam and I'll invite you and introduce you to the group :)
