I would like to put ammomod on our server that we (sheep) set up the other day. Is it just the map, or is it also a mod? I forgot. Regardless, could I get link(s) to the appropriate map/plugin whatever to set it up.

There's the old mod (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=933540), but you don't really need it if you have MGEMod. Just get a map like am_variety_test10

So do we need to install any mods? Or are we cool to just run the map? We don't have MGE on the server, but may put it on there.

You would need MGEMod, yes.

You could try installing kAmmomod if you're feeling nostalgic, but otherwise MGE should do the trick.
