i feel like you used effects just to use them. use certain effects to go with the flow of the music and the video in general and you'll be golden.

how did you make your smooths? they're noticeably choppy and it's not pleasant to watch.

I'm not a frag video expert, but decent imo. Might wanna change the title of the thread though.
Maybe something like: "Made a frag movie, any constructive critism?" the other sounds a bit misleading.
