I can recommend this videogamer for any team, has outdamaged our demo before and div 3 is basically invite because euros are so much better at TF2 than americans. He played very well with my team and the scouts said he played very well on the flank with them, along with being a roamer with a brain. The only time he ever got mad was when I played CS:GO with him which is a shit game anyway and will turn any reasonable person into a Russian if you play for too long.
Also very good at wasting large portions of your life playing MGE with the kill counter disabled for 2 hours straight when you really should be doing something productive.
