We're looking for a Demoman for s13 esea open. You must be able to play mon-thurs (possibly sun) ~9:00 est. Looking for good players with good attitudes (aka no ragers). Our core has played together for an entire season as a mid open team, so we're hoping we can progress to high open at least this season.

We've been scrimming them lately - and trialing a few people ourselves while at it. They're very reputable and reasonable people, and I personally like the pickup of Cprice as pocket since he fits your system and team ability level very well.
I think they need a demo that has great damage output over anything else. Their pushes are admirably well-balanced for a mid/high open team, but what they fail to do is apply the kind of pressure that forces mistakes at mid fights and on even pushes. A little extra early damage would allow their very adept soldiers to apply additional levels of aggression into their mids/pushes.
