This might be a long shot,
I started a DM server, and am having some issues, all I want to know is if you own a DM server, what plugins do you use to run it. My Major issue is with restrictions of weapons, primiarly what do you use for that, as you can't use whitelists beause MP_tournament is not enabaled.

You could use sourcemod, but I'm of the opinion tftrue is far easier to deal with since it allows whitelists to run in non tournament mode.

Looking at the game, it says they are using TFTrue, so probably that.
As a suggestion, you may want to consider damage based healing for your DM server to set it apart from the rest. For some reason everybody uses half health on kill healing which leads to scouts getting full ammo and health for 3dmg shots across the map.

To my knowledge all TFTV dm servers are TFTrue.

you can simply put "mp_restartgame 1" in your server.cfg to bypass readying up
