Unable to connect to remote server

Hello. Since today after i rent a server @ serveme.tf i can't do anything related to rcon commands. e.g: rcon changelevel cp_badlands
What it looks like:

Have you tried actively settings rcon_address to the server IP?

Umm..., no? You just need rcon_password, also, on serveme.tf you can do !rcon command

Seems like there was a problem on my end. Sorry for misspelling the problem itself to serveme or slate servers. My bad.
