I had the same problem after switching to win10,tried out a lot of different net settings,but what fixed the problem is switching to fullscreen mode(played windowed with no border before)

Tried that and that didn't fix it for me, I'm pretty certain that before I went to Win10 it was doing it on Win7, as I had reformatted and reinstalled all my configs to try and fix it.

god freaking dammit, my game was fine until now, but then i started messing with some configs and now i'm getting this horrid projectile lag

it's like everyone said. low ping, 15.2ms and yet the projectiles are taking way longer than they should to "come out".

please someone help, game is unplayable like that.

alright this might be a dumb question at this point, but has anyone tried fully replacing their Configs with a new one?

Have you guys tried my config with cl_interp 0 or the regular chris config with that interp, and change literally no other settings after defaulting your tf2 configs?

and just to be 100% sure on this

this is happening ONLY to Projectile weapons, not all weapons correct?

i can't speak for others but this started happening immediately with me after i heavily switched my cfg with a different one. and now, no matter how much i change my cfg, be it using yours, chris, m0res........ the projectile lag remains.

i already tried removing everything, -autoconfig.....didn't work.

the only thing i haven't tried yet is reinstalling the game.

I have an ASUS VS238H OC'd to 74.5Hz on HDMI (patched frequency).
I run Windowed
Have Win10

my tf2 is uninstalled atm.

Quert this started happening immediately with me after i heavily switched my cfg with a different one. and now, no matter how much i change my cfg, be it using yours, chris, m0res........ the projectile lag remains.

i already tried removing everything, -autoconfig.....didn't work.

For me, the problem actually started when I switched to Rhapsody's Config w/ DX9 for a while, but it also persisted after I switched cfgs and even tried autoconfig.

Maybe it has something to do with the configs...
Might even be rendering particles or such.

Is happening on soldier as well. Hitscan I can't report on.

I'm getting a new router today but I want to know if there's any way of diagnosing the issue further.
