Hey there tftv,
There probably has been a lot of these questions asked. So, I have a question regarding the quake like textures you can TF2 to look like by changing lod ( usually done by Nvidia inspector). My question is does it work in ESEA client, and if not, is there any way around it or do I need to remove it during esea matches, then turn them back on. Thanks in advance.

ESEASome graphics card settings and/or tools may allow you to obtain an unfair advantage over others. In the spirit of keeping the most level playing field possible in ESEA, the following programs should be used with caution :
Nvidia Inspector
ATI Tray Tools
These tools, and others like them, can modify settings within your graphics card to provide an unfair advantage, and earn you a ban from ESEA.
Currently the following settings within these programs are banned from use on ESEA :
Ambient Occlusion
LOD Bias

I recall reading something in the tftv forums showing a way to still use low lod for esea without using inspector if anyone knows, I would love to know. But I guess I'll disable low lod during matches. Thanks!

afaik editing lod at a driver level is bannable no matter what program you use, they just specify those 2 programs because they are the most common

this should do
Those tools aren't banned, it's just specifically LOD hacks, and driver forced ambient occlusion that are banned.
Even if you manage to so the LOD hack using some other tool or process, you won't be able to play on ESEA servers.
