All weapons are black

Hello tf.tv, after the update some of my weapons are black

This happens also in first person, but it's viewmodel_fov related (http://imgur.com/a/bX8Wu), you can see the weapon turning black.
My cfg: http://pastebin.com/UGzKsxu0 (chris dx9frames)
Can be fixed by -autoconfig, but I cant figure out what command is causing it.
Any1 knows which command? Thanks.

I had this issue to at the start of the scream fortress update; I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that seemed to fix all the graphical problems.

I've had the similar issue while running chris dx9frames. I also have an issue where tips of guns will be much brighter than they should be. example. It would be nice to know which command would fix this
