Liquipedia lists 6/7 teams for the NA last chance qualifier, some make sense (Splyce, Winterfox, Optic for NA minor 2/3/4 seeds) others are Games Academy and TSM (ineligible for minor due to picking up Boltz and FNS respectively), however it lists Torqued as a team(torqued usually has some collection of banned IBP players, most recently with steel, however it's listed as featuring mOE, ryx, a2z, tck and seangares...so sean is back?

Fugly is a great move. Showed a lot of promise as a consistent player as a second entry on Liquid could turn out to be a decent consistent player because he's been improving pretty steadily

and pita's comments make it sound like they're gonna whip this team into shape which is cool. AND it says they signed pita as a "head coach" so maybe they're looking to add an analyst type of person too? idk sounds cool
