TF2 Weird azz glitch

yo whenever i load mumble first and then load up tf2 and try to join a server it acts as if im still clicking in mumble. I can't alt tab while this happens and i can't choose a team or anything when im in the server i just see the game going on

I had this problem too, if you click on the mumble icon in your task bar before launching tf2 and make it so it's "depressed" like:

then it should unfreeze tf2.
