So this started happening a few months ago a while after I upgraded from a Radeon 7950 to a gtx 960 not sure when exactly it started.
I was first using a Logitech g300 or g350 when it would randomly completely disconnect for up to 10-15seconds, then Razer Deathadder disconnect problem stopped but mouse kept freezing, now I have bought a Steel Series Rival 100, the problem is the same on all mouses, i've tried different usb ports / reinstalling the game.
This problem has only happened in tf2, only last night have this problem happened in tf2.
I'm using chrismaxfps(frames idk) cfg / rayshud
keyboard freezing doesn't happen as often as the mouse freezing, when the keyboard freezes it'll keep holding the last key I was pressing.
quick specs:
Widetech 650W
GTX 960
i7-3770 Processor
16gb ram ddr3
GA-B75M-D3H motherboard

keyboard problems might be an issue with some of your tf2 keybindings
freestate had a similar issue with various mice freezing for the longest fucking time and went through 3 mice or something and it ended up being a problem with his tf2 priority being set on high, try setting it to normal

A friend of mine linked me your thread and I tried what they suggested to you but didn't work for me, i'm just going to try reformatting but having trouble with it
