Might not be a bug but might be, dunno.

I've sent 3x PM in the last ~15 minutes and none of them show up as "Sent PMS"

Does it only show as sent when the user opens it or is there a delay? Just curious, and wanted to bring it up in case its a problem.

One of the recipients I tried PMing has stated they are not getting PM's.
