My crosshair for sniper while using seeker's crosshair is crosshair 7 and not the actual crosshair, is that intended? If not, can somebody help me?

if go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\crosshairs/scripts
