How to get nosmoke script working for vtf crosshai

I want to use thalash's vtf crosshair w/my no smoke script but whenever I try to the crosshair voids the nosmoke script for some reason. It isn't a problem with where I place the nosmoke files as it works fine when im not using the crosshair and I saw in bears stream he was using the same crosshair with the nosmoke. not sure if this helps or not but my nosmoke files are .ctx

If you mean the no explosion mod, then you have to manually move the changed lines from the noexplosion tf_weapon.txt files into the xhairswitcher tf_weapon.txt files.

For me those were
"ExplosionEffect" "ExplosionCore_sapperdestroyed"
"ExplosionPlayerEffect" "ExplosionCore_sapperdestroyed"
"ExplosionWaterEffect" "ExplosionCore_sapperdestroyed"

should be seekers crosshair with a green dot (I use scale 26 might depend on your resolution/personal preference)

also I just did what #2 said and manually copied the lines of code into tf_weapon.txt files
haven't put the effort in to use a crosshair switcher but I know it is possible to switch them for certain weapons
sucks that cow mangler doesn't work with them tho cause the explosion is so big and annoying
