Anyone have or remember what the name for the old medic config, which would put all of the weapon bindings on the mouse? I used to play with that before I uninstalled and I didn't realize how much it is embedded into my muscle memory.

I don't know which one you mean but you can make one yourself very easily.
just add this to your med config (or make a med config and put this in it):
bind "mouse5" "slot1"
bind "mouse6" "slot2"
bind "mouse7" "slot3"
bind "mouse8" "slot4"
You'll have to change mouse1 etc to the buttons you wanna use.
