I'm trying to remove things from my custom folder, but it says that the file is opened and I can't move it. I've tried deleting as well and it isn't working

Windows 10 update, there's another way that I don't remember, but I fixed this by booting into safe mode and then deleting it

Ya the materials folder was the problem so I went through all the folders and got to the thumbnails and deleted them all. Seemed to work
