Looking for General Mentor

I'm very new to the competitive scene, but I have thought about joining a Highlander team in the future. Since I'm new to the competitive side of TF2, I would like to request a mentor for various classes so that I can get a better grip on the finite tricks of the game (rocket/sticky jumping, throwing arcs, etc.)
