temporarily disable windows defender and anti virus, run microsoft toolkit as administrator, when its open click the little windows icon at the bottom right, choose "product keys" tab, click "check system" to make sure what windows 10 edition you have and then choose your product (windows 10) and your edition right under it and then click install. after that go into the activation tab and click "ez-activator", let it finish and then you're done
