I mean it's true tho, I'm ok at lower levels and I don't feel like i have a clear enough schedule to commit as a starter, but I could help as a sub.

sounds like you probably want an rgl open team, and my guess is rgl open players are less likely to look at tftv, so you should post here http://sixes.rgl.gg/Players/Register/Looking/ForTeam.aspx
