a couple months ago i typed in mat_filtertextures 0 to try and increase framerate along with a few other commands, and it made my game look awful. i tried to change it back by typing in mat_filtertextures 1, and it did nothing. i tried deleting my config folder and verifying the folders, and thta didnt work. i went through the entire process of resetting tf2 to factory settings and uninstalling it as well, and it didnt work. my game still looks just as bad as before. is there any fix to this?

if it comes back after relaunching then you have an autoexec with that command in cfg or in custom/something/cfg/, or packed into a .vpk
if you can't find it then you should follow these instructions to cleanup properly https://github.com/mastercoms/mastercomfig/tree/release/docs#clean-up
